Freight:
Shipping and handling charges will be billed to your credit
card. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.
Backorders/Cancellations: All backorders are
considered open unless cancelled by the customer.
Return Authorization: No goods may be returned
without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA).
Please contact our Customer Service Department within 30
days of receiving order. We must have the product back and
inspected before a credit can be issued. NO
EXCEPTIONS. Defective items are backed 100% and can be
returned. Shipping charges for non-defective items returned
will be paid by the customer. For definition of defective
items see warranty.
Warranty: We fully guarantee all of our products to
be free from manufacturing defects. Any defective product
will be promptly replaced or credited. Normal wear and tear,
misuse due to improper size selection, improper care or
abuse are not covered.
