Terms: Net 30 Days to
accounts with approved credit or C.O.D. Special dating
incentives are available for pre-season booking orders.
Freight: All shipments are F.O.B. Huntingdon, TN
Backorders/Cancellations: All backorders are
considered open unless cancelled by the customer or a
specific cancel date is noted on the purchase order. Changes
or cancellations to programmed orders must be made at least
14 days prior to the specified ship date.
Return Authorization: No goods may be returned
without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RA).
Please contact our Customer Service Department within 30
days of receiving order. A 15% restocking charge will be
assessed for all non-defective goods returned. NO
EXCEPTIONS.
Warranty: We fully guarantee all of our products to
be free from manufacturing defects. Any defective product
will be promptly replaced or credited. Normal wear and tear,
misuse due to improper size selection, improper care or
abuse are not covered.
Payment: Payment is due as shown on the invoice. Past
due accounts will be assessed a 1.5% per month, 18% per
annum, finance charge. Any future order or backorder will be
held for shipment until all past due balances have been
